PirateSoccerTV
is the internet TV channel for the Fairhope High School
Pirate soccer program (Fairhope, Alabama) and will broadcast most home varsity soccer matches in the
2011 season. We will also broadcast some JV and middle school games
from the
Buccaneer's Bash soccer tournament in March.
PirateSoccerTV is a great way for
friends and family to catch a game. Parents who travel have enjoyed
tuning in and watching their players. Former players are checking out the new version of the Pirates.
And Granny? Well, she's pretty cyber-savvy and she's tuning in, too!
We are always looking for
folks to help with production, camera, as well as sponsors to keep
us on the air. Interested? Let us know
here.
PirateSoccerTV is a brainstorm of soccer dad Tom Sinclair.
Tom is a former board member of Fairhope Soccer League, Blast Soccer
Club and Mobile Soccer Club. He started and directed the first few
Battle of the Bay Soccer Showcase events and is the founder of the
Sinclair Sports
Network which broadcasts over 100 soccer matches annually.
His newest project is
TalkingSoccerTV, a local call-in TV-talk show all about
soccer that's set to air on Thursdays in February 2011.
Stay tuned!
